We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Wig Care Shop products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process for most items.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened ADHESIVES products
  • Opened BEAUTY products (containers must be sealed)
  • Opened BODY CARE products
  • Opened HAIR CARE products
  • Opened FACE CARE products
  • Used ELECTRONIC SALON TOOLS

How to Return an Item

  3. Ship your return to our Oklahoma City facility using a trackable shipping service

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product)

Exchange Processing

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged BRAIDING HAIR, HAIR EXTENSIONS, or ELECTRONIC SALON TOOLS:
