Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them
  • Items must include all original tags and labels
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following opened products:

  • ADHESIVES
  • BEAUTY products (opened containers)
  • BODY CARE products (opened containers)
  • HAIR CARE products (opened containers)
  • FACE CARE products
  • ELECTRONIC SALON TOOLS (if used)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship your return to our Oklahoma City facility using a trackable shipping service
  5. Receive your refund or exchange once we’ve processed your return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange. You can expect:

  • Refund method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchange Processing

For exchanges, please indicate the replacement product you’d like in your return request. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (including any issues with BRAIDING HAIR, HAIR EXTENSIONS, or ELECTRONIC SALON TOOLS), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
